[Gallae Ring]

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Merry Meet. This WebRing is meant for people who are both transgendered and spiritual. It doesn't matter what type of spirituality you have, so long as you are genuine and practice it. Transgendered pagans, Christians, Buddhists, et cetera, are all welcome in this ring.
Why call it the Gallae ring? The Gallae were transgendered priestesses of the Goddess Cybele. They were active in Greece and Rome in ancient times. As such, they serve as antecedents to modern transgendered spiritual people. Transgendered folk are a normal part of society and religion. By linking together, we can show both the solidarity and diversity that we encompass.
This Gallae WebRing was created by Pollychrome (Laura Seabrook), a modern Gallae, in February 1998. There is a modern group of Gallae as well, and their web pages are at the Metro'on. The WebRing is not directly connected to that group, but the RingMistress wishes them well.
Brightest Blessings to you all.
