A Pagan Flag

I recently completed a Bachelor of Arts student at Newcastle University, New South Wales.  I made a pagan flag in my 2nd year of studies. The brief for this project was to make a a quilt square or flag by which people would remember me by. I chose to make a flag from vinyl.

The symbolism is as follows: Black for strength, white for purity; all the other colours display the variety and diversity of life as reflected within myself and in the queer and magical communities I'm involved in. The star represents the four elements and spirit. The Athena symbol inside the star represents my transgendered nature.
